Dearest moon lover,

Grab a coffee. Or a wine. Or whatever gets you through a mild identity crisis, because we need to talk about what’s actually driving your life right now.

For the past few months, I have been locked away in my metaphorical kitchen, aggressively mixing things together that aren’t supposed to go together. Think of me like a mad scientist, but with better hair and fewer lab coats. I’ve been trying to solve a massive riddle that bugs the absolute shit out of me in the self-development world, and I finally cracked the recipe.

I’m so excited about this that I couldn't keep it to myself for another second. No, I’m not selling you anything today. There is no pitch at the bottom of this email. I just want to show you the blueprint of what I’ve been building, because if you are anything like me, this is going to make you stop cold.

Let’s start with an uncomfortable truth: Your brain is kind of a liar.

You think you are running the show. You think your logical, conscious mind is making choices…like who you date, how you make money, or why you suddenly feel like crying in the middle of a grocery store. But it’s not. Underneath your conscious thoughts is a massive, silent supercomputer called your subconscious. And it’s running old, outdated software programs that were installed in your nervous system when you were way too young to realize.

There’s a modern branch of psychology called NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). One of its coolest teachers, Ali Campbell, explains that we don’t need to force ourselves to be "superheroes" or build complex, fake-positive versions of ourselves. Instead, our natural state is actually just well-being. We are born inherently "okay." But these glitchy subconscious programs create a ton of mental noise, anxiety, and stress that pull us away from that peace.

The goal isn't to fix ourselves. It’s to reset the system back to neutral and drop the noise.

But here is where the traditional self-help world pisses me off: They give you all these tools to change your mind, but they treat everyone's brain exactly the same. It’s generic. It’s vanilla.

So, I asked a weird question: What if we had a hyper-personalized, cosmic cheat code that told us exactly what our specific subconscious programs look like?

Turns out, we do. It’s your Natal Moon.

In astrology, your Sun sign is essentially who you think you are. It’s your personality, your goals, your conscious vibe. But your Moon sign is the literal map of your subconscious conditioning. It’s the blueprint of your nervous system. It shows exactly how you were wired to experience emotions, how you process fear, and what your subconscious desperately needs to feel safe before it will actually let good things into your life.

And here is the kicker: What you think you need (Conscious Sun) and what your nervous system actually needs (Subconscious Moon) are almost never the same damn list.

For example, if you have an Aries Moon, your nervous system might be programmed to think safety means constant action and control. If you have a Taurus Moon, your software screams that change equals death, so you stay stuck in comfort zones. If you have a Scorpio Moon, your baseline is hyper-vigilance, constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop.

When you don’t know your Moon’s programming, you spend your whole life fighting a losing battle against your own biology.

So, I built a hybrid framework. I took the cosmic diagnostic power of the Natal Moon and paired it with the modern, "reset-to-neutral" toolkit of modern NLP.

Instead of looking at your Moon sign and saying, "Well, I’m a Pisces Moon, so I guess I’m just doomed to drown in my feelings forever," we use the Moon to identify the exact flavor of mental noise your brain manufactures. Then, we use quick, mechanical NLP techniques to drain the visual and emotional power of that trigger.

We don't replace the program with some toxic positivity bullshit. We just pull the plug on the glitching software so your nervous system can naturally drop back down to zero. A clean slate. True peace. Think of it like a factory reset, kind of like your phone can do.

This is what I’ve been cooking. A system where astrology identifies the what, and modern NLP provides the how. No fighting your cosmic nature. No forcing yourself into generic boxes. We’re mapping the noise, hitting the reset button, and letting your nervous system breeaaathe.

I’m currently working on how I want to bring this framework into the world, and you’ll be the very first to know when it’s ready.

But for now, I want to hear from you. Hit reply to this email right now (or comment) and tell me: What is your Natal Moon sign, and what is the number one emotional glitch or loop you’ve noticed that keeps hijacking your peace?

See you under the next moon,
